SPEAKER_00:

Last week, I drove more than 400 miles, two career expos, two high school visits, five hundred kids, parents, and teachers. And in one auditorium, 75 students sat together, eyes wide, listening, wondering what's possible. All in three days, and I didn't do it alone. I had help from my innovative radiology family, people who believe in the same mission, people who understand that exposure can change everything. Every mile had a purpose. Every handshake, every conversation, every spark in the students' eyes reminded me why I do this. Because too many young people have never heard of healthcare technology management. They don't know this world exists, the world that keeps hospitals running, that saves lives from behind the scenes. And that's when the question hits me. If I don't, who will? We always wait for someone else to step up, someone else to speak, someone else to go first. But sometimes, purpose doesn't wait for volunteers, it waits for you. 400 miles later, I realized something. You can't measure purpose in comfort. You measure it in impact, in sweat. In the moments you show up when you could have stayed home. This isn't about perfection, it's about presence. It's about saying, I'll go, even when you're tired, even when nobody's watching. I watched kids light up when they learned what HTM is. I saw teachers lean in. I saw parents nod with pride. And right there, in those moments, I knew this wasn't just a career fair. It was legacy work. It was purpose in motion. If I don't, who will? That's not pressure, that's calling. That's what turns an ordinary week into a movement. So to my innovative radiology family, thank you for standing in the gap with me, for helping carry the message, for reminding this generation that their dreams are possible. Because purpose doesn't wait, and neither should we. If I don't, who will? A mindset we all need.
